This is not a salaried job.
A DXN distributor develops an independent product-based business through customer development, retail activity and, if desired, team building.
2. Ganoderma & Cordyceps — Why Are They Relevant?

Ganoderma

Ganoderma is a mushroom that has a long history of traditional use in Asia. DXN cultivates and processes Ganoderma and includes Ganoderma extract in several food and beverage products.

In Zambia, Ganoderma extract is used in familiar beverages such as Lemonzhi, Cocozhi, Lingzhi coffee and Cream Coffee.

Customer-first approach:
Learn the products, identify what people are genuinely interested in, and collect only confirmed customer orders. This can help you plan product purchases more practically instead of buying stock without demand.
4. Understanding DP, RP, PV & SV

DP — Distributor Price

The price paid by a registered DXN distributor.

RP — Retail Price

The listed retail price for the product.

PV — Point Value

A point value assigned to products and used in applicable Marketing Plan qualifications.

SV — Sales Value

A value used in applicable DXN bonus calculations.

DP, RP, PV and SV are different figures.
The amount of money spent does not directly tell you how much PV a product carries.

5. How a New Person Can Begin — Step by Step

Step 1 — Learn First

Understand DXN, the products, DP/RP/PV/SV, retail profit, the business model and the role of 100 PV.

Step 2 — Decide Whether the System Suits You

DXN is independent product selling and business building, not salaried employment.

Step 3 — Register When You Are Comfortable

Registration can be guided when you are genuinely interested. You should have a valid email address, a working mobile number and meet the applicable DXN registration requirements.

Step 4 — Learn the Products & Look for Genuine Customer Interest

Share product information responsibly, ask what people are interested in and identify real demand before building unnecessary stock.

Step 5 — Start With Product Activity You Are Comfortable With

Purchase products according to your own use, confirmed customer demand and financial comfort. Do not borrow or create financial pressure just to make a purchase.

Step 6 — Build Toward 100 PV for Serious Business Qualification

As your customer activity develops, work toward the applicable 100 PV qualification when you are ready to build the business more seriously.

Registration Fee

The supplied Zambia product catalogue does not show a separate registration fee. The K amounts shown on this page are product prices, not a joining fee. Confirm any current registration-related charge or rule with DXN Zambia before processing registration.
6. What Does 100 PV Mean?

PV means Point Value. Different products carry different PV. Reaching 100 PV therefore depends on the product combination selected, not on one fixed Kwacha amount.

100 PV is an important business qualification.

It should be explained clearly, but it does not need to be the first question asked before a person is allowed to learn.

Example 1 — Lower-Cost 100 PV Combination

10 × DXN Lemonzhi

10 PV × 10 = 100 PV
K331 × 10 = K3,310

Example 2 — Mixed Product Combination

These are examples only. A practical combination should consider personal use, confirmed customer demand, product preference and current official availability.

Monthly bonus eligibility:
Retail profit and DXN bonus are separate. Applicable bonus eligibility depends on the current DXN Marketing Plan, monthly qualification and other requirements. Do not present 100 PV as a guarantee of earnings.
7. How the DXN Business Works

USE / LEARN

Become familiar with the products you choose to use or promote.

SHARE / SELL

Introduce suitable products to customers and build repeat demand responsibly.

BUILD

Introduce the business opportunity to people genuinely interested in independent business.

GROW

Develop customers and active distributors while working toward applicable qualifications.

Retail Profit

A distributor may earn retail profit from product sales. The listed difference between RP and DP represents the potential gross retail margin when sold at the listed RP.

Team Building

Team building means helping interested people understand the products, learn customer development, remain active and understand the applicable qualification system. The objective should be active and productive distributors, not registrations alone.

8. DXN Bonus & Incentive Opportunities — 9 Categories

DXN provides different earning, bonus and incentive opportunities under the applicable Marketing Plan. Each has its own qualification conditions.

1. Retail Profit

Potential margin between applicable DP and RP when products are sold.

2. Group Bonus

A monthly bonus opportunity connected with qualifying personal and group sales volume.

3. Star Group Bonus

A higher-level group bonus opportunity subject to the applicable rank and qualification rules.

4. Development Bonus

A bonus opportunity linked with developing qualified levels within the organisation.

5. Group Incentive

An additional incentive opportunity for qualifying distributors.

6. Leadership Bonus

A leadership-level bonus opportunity connected with qualified organisational development.

7. Travel Seminar Incentive

An incentive available when the applicable travel-seminar qualification conditions are achieved.

8. One-Time Hand Phone Cash Incentive

A one-time achievement incentive subject to the specific Marketing Plan conditions.

9. One-Time Overseas Trip Cash Incentive

A further one-time achievement incentive subject to applicable leadership and qualification conditions.

Completing 100 PV does not mean all bonuses above are automatically paid. Bonus and incentive entitlement depends on the applicable DXN Marketing Plan and the distributor's confirmed qualifications.
9. Registration & What You Need
✓ Be at least 18 years old and meet applicable registration requirements.
✓ Have a valid email address.
✓ Have a working mobile number.
✓ Register under the appropriate sponsor.
✓ Understand that distributorship is not salaried employment.
✓ Learn the products and basic business process before making large purchases.
✓ Build activity according to your financial comfort and genuine customer demand.
Registration should be the beginning of guided learning and activity — not simply the creation of a distributor ID with no understanding of what comes next.
10. Frequently Asked Questions

Is DXN a job?

No. DXN distributorship is independent business activity, not salaried employment.

Do I need K5,000 before I can learn about DXN?

No. The purpose of this page is to help you understand DXN first. Around K5,000 can be a useful planning figure for some mixed 100 PV product combinations, but 100 PV itself is not one fixed Kwacha amount.

Can 100 PV cost less than K5,000?

Yes. Using the supplied prices, 10 packs of Lemonzhi equal 100 PV at K3,310. A mixed example on this page gives 105 PV at K4,688.

Can I first look for customers?

Yes. A customer-first approach can help you understand real product demand before buying unnecessary stock. Only collect money or confirm orders for products you can actually supply through the proper DXN process.

Where are the products purchased?

Products are available through DXN Zambia. Current ordering, payment and collection procedures should be confirmed during the registration and purchase process.

Does purchasing products guarantee income?

No. Registration or product purchase alone does not guarantee earnings. Retail profit depends on actual sales, while DXN bonuses depend on applicable qualification and Marketing Plan requirements.

Will I receive business guidance?

Ganobiz can guide interested people step by step on products, customer development, PV, business basics and the path toward more serious business building.
